Lavina

Patient Care Coordinator

I assist our patients with all their insurance, scheduling, and billing needs. I enjoy having the ability to help patients utilize their insurance to its full capacity so that they are able to have the treatment they need and want. As the first person our patients see when they come into our practice, I enjoy answering any questions they may have regarding their treatment and how their insurance works — all while putting them at ease. Dr. Case is a very calm and down-to-earth clinician. He makes patients feel at ease and trusts our staff to play their part to make a seamless workday and appointment for patients. 

My partner Brian and I have three dogs. Our free time is spent camping, making wine, attending concerts, and discovering amazing vegan dishes to make at home. As we both love the beautiful city of Portland, we also enjoy exploring new restaurants, events, and activities that the area has to offer year-round. I also enjoy riding my bike to work when it’s not raining or cold, so three months out of the year, if I’m lucky!

Dental Assistant

I get to take care of my patients before and after their appointment by making sure they feel comfortable and understand the treatment they will be receiving from us. My favorite part of my job is seeing patients leave with a smile on their face and knowing that I helped in creating it! It’s a wonderful feeling to give someone back their smile.

Dr. Case is very relaxed and calm, yet he is serious about giving optimal care to our patients. He provides ample time with every person we see and makes them feel comfortable. It makes my job that much better knowing the patients are already at ease when they come in because they know Dr. Case is taking great care of them.

I’ve lived in Oregon since 2005 and have loved every minute of it! My family and I enjoy camping at Mt. Hood, exploring the coast, or just walking around the waterfront.

Mindy

Dental Hygienist

I help our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health by performing periodontal scaling and root planing, adult and child cleanings, and oral hygiene instructions. I love getting to know each patient on a personal basis, and creating a hygiene plan that will meet their needs and fit their lifestyle. Besides the great work that Dr. Case does, I love his easy-going personality. He makes coming to work a lot of fun!

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Nic. Together, we enjoy many activities such as backpacking, attending Oregon football games, spending time with our family and friends, camping, and just taking advantage of the great outdoors!
